...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 AM CDT FOR
SOUTHERN NELSON...NORTHERN GRIGGS...NORTHWESTERN STEELE AND EDDY
COUNTIES...

At 640 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a brief break in the heavy 
rain across the warned area.  This warning will likely be replaced 
soon with an areal flood warning.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
New Rockford, McVille, Aneta, Sheyenne, Binford, Tolna and Red Willow
Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
