...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM EDT FOR
FULTON COUNTY...

At 922 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rain was ending across the 
area. 2 to as much as 5 inches of rain fell earlier this evening. 
Flooded roadways, fields and low lying areas will take time to 
recede.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and spotter reported.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas will persist through mid evening before 
         diminishing.

Some locations that will experience continued flooding include...
Wauseon, Archbold, Delta, Fayette, Lyons, Oakshade, Pettisville,
Zone, Seward, Denson, Winameg, Elmira, Tedrow and Ottokee.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Clear Creek, Bad Creek, Oberhaus Creek, Deer Creek, Bean Creek,
Ottawa River, Little Bear Creek, South Branch Bad Creek, Van Hyning
Creek, North Turkeyfoot Creek, Owl Creek, Flat Run, Bates Creek, Bear
Creek, Iron Creek, Tiffin River, Swan Creek and Brush Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
