NORTHWESTERN MIAMI COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 945 PM EDT...

The heavy rain has ended but numerous roads in Darke and Shelby 
County remain closed due to previous excessive rainfall. A county 
flood warning has been issued for these areas until the water can 
recede.
