...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR CRAIG, NORTHWESTERN DELAWARE AND OTTAWA COUNTIES...

At 751 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Emergency management reported between 5 
and 6 inches of rain have fallen over parts of the warned area. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
