...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING 
FOR NORTHWESTERN COLEMAN AND EAST CENTRAL RUNNELS COUNTIES...

At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain near Fisk moving southeast at 25 mph. Between 1.75 and 2.75 
inches of rain have fallen...from Benoit to Talpa to just south of 
Glen Cove.  Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in 
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Coleman, Novice, Glen Cove, Valera, Talpa, Silver Valley, Benoit, 
  Hords Creek Reservoir, Fisk and Mozelle.

Creek, County Road 406 crossing Home Creek, County Road 300 crossing 
Home Creek, County Road 348 crossing Bull Creek, crossings along

crossing Middle Mustang Creek, Colorado St. crossing Hords Creek 
Draw and crossings along County Road 157.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
