SOUTHEASTERN COLLIN, HUNT AND ROCKWALL COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended but occasional light to moderate rainfall 
is possible. Nuisance flooding of low lying and/or poor drainage 
areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance 
to recede. New flooding is no longer expected. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT Friday for portions 
of north central and northeast Texas.
