NORTH CENTRAL SCOTT AND SOUTHERN WISE COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF 
NORTON...

The heaviest rainfall has ended for the time being. It will still 
take several hours for water to recede in some areas. Many roads 
across the central and northern portions of Wise county are still 
flooded and impassable. Continue to obey road closures and do not 
drive through flooded waters.
