The heavy rain threat is slowly coming to an end along with the 
threat of imminent flash flooding. However, many streams and smaller 
rivers will continue to experience sharp rises from prior rainfall 
and areas of high water is still a concern overnight. Please 
continue to heed any remaining road closures and if encountering 
flooded roadways, turn around, don't drown.
