The National Weather Service in Eureka California has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Mendocino County in northwestern California...

* Until 400 PM PDT.
  
* At 1259 PM PDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of east central
  Mendocino County.
  Excessive rainfall over the Mendocino Complex burn scar will 
  result in rock and mudslides and possible debris flows in areas of 
  steep terrain near highway 20 east of Ukiah.
  This is a dangerous situation. If you observe movement of soils,
  debris, or large amounts of water you should move to higher ground
  immediately.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move away from recently burned areas. Life-threatening flooding of 
creeks...roads and normally dry areas is likely. The heavy rains 
will likely trigger rockslides...mudslides and debris flows in steep 
terrain...especially in and around these areas.
