* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Flagler County in northeastern Florida...
  Southeastern St. Johns County in northeastern Florida...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 308 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain and flash flooding 
  across the warned area. Between 7 and 10 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible 
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Palm Coast, Saint Augustine, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Saint 
  Augustine Beach, Marineland, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, Saint 
  Augustine Shores, Saint Augustine South, Vilano Beach, Beverly 
  Beach, Dupont Center and Anastasia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
