The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  A Dam Failure in...
  Southern Pierce County in southeastern Georgia...

* Until 1145 AM EST Tuesday.

* At 532 AM EST, local law enforcement reported dam failure along 
  the Lakeview Country Club Lake that is causing rapid water rises 
  downstream of the lake within the Baxter-Bernie Branch drainage. 
  Flood water will impact Highway 121 south of Blackshear between 
  Azalea Street and Whispering Pine Trail. Property along Lakeview 
  Drive and Edgewood Circle will also be threatened by flood waters. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles. Roads can be washed out under flood 
waters.
