* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Hall County in north central Georgia...
  Lumpkin County in north central Georgia...
  Union County in north central Georgia...
  Towns County in northeastern Georgia...
  White County in northeastern Georgia...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 1215 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dahlonega, Cleveland, Hiawassee, Blairsville, Young Harris, 
  Clermont, Helen, Unicoi State Park, Suches, Whitley Gap Shelter, 
  Camp Coleman Lake, Turners Corner, Blood Mountain Shelter, Vogel 
  State Park, Low Gap Shelter, Woods Hole Shelter, Qualatchee Lake, 
  Smithgall Woods Conservation Are, Owltown and Porter Springs.
