* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Labette County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 310 PM CDT, law enforcement reported flash flooding in the 
  Parsons area with an ongoing water rescue near 32nd and Southern.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing 
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, 
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Parsons, Oswego, Chetopa, Altamont, Edna, Mound Valley, Bartlett,
  Labette, Parsons Tri City Airport, Angola, Dennis and Big Hill
  Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
