* At 721 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
  flooding is already occurring.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of south central
  Grant and northwestern Stevens Counties.
