The National Weather Service in Louisville has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Harrison KY County in central Kentucky...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 341 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flood waters are 
  beginning to recede. Some roads could remain closed or impassable, 
  especially near low water crossings.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Breckinridge, Berry, Renaker, Colemansville, Robinson, Rutland, 
  Boyd, Garnett, Connersville and Kelat.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Richland Creek, Stratton Branch, Crooked Creek, Mill Creek, North 
  Rays Fork, Raven Creek, Hall Branch, Rankin Branch, South Fork 
  Twin Creek, Jacks Branch, Middle Fork Raven Creek, South Rays 
  Fork, Pigeon Branch, Straight Fork, South Fork Raven Creek, Twin 
  Creek, Little Mill Creek and North Fork Twin Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
