  South Central Cumberland County in southwestern Maine...
  Southeastern York County in southwestern Maine...
  East Central Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire...

* Until 100 PM EST.

* At 1024 AM EST, Tide gauges indicate major coastal flooding 
  developing across the warned area.  Heavy rainfall is also 
  occurring based on radar and spotter reports.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding from high tide
           levels...battering waves and heavy rainfall.

  SOURCE...Tide Gauges and Spotters.

  IMPACT...Life threatening coastal flooding with high water
           levels and battering surf. Heavy rainfall is producing
           freshwater flooding as well.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Biddeford, Portsmouth, Hampton, Rye, Kittery, Saco, Kennebunk, 
  Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, Wells and York.

This includes the following Recreation Locations...
Hampton Beach, York Beach, Ogunquit Beach, Wells Beach, Fortunes 
Rock Beach, Higgins Beach, Crescent Beach State Park and Scarborough 
Beach State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move away from the shore to higher ground.  Do not attempt 
sightseeing of the water and surf.  Do not drive through flooded 
roadways.
