The National Weather Service in The Twin Cities has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Benton County in central Minnesota...
  Northwestern Sherburne County in central Minnesota...
  Northeastern Stearns County in central Minnesota...

* Until 115 AM CDT.

* At 1017 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding 
  with stalled cars in the St. Cloud area. Thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain continue across the warned area. Up to two inches of 
  rain have already fallen. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park, St. Joseph, Collegeville,
  Albany, Avon, Rice, St Wendel, Opole and St. Stephen.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch or two are possible in the 
warned area. DO NOT drive through flooded areas.
