The National Weather Service in La Crosse has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota...
  Dodge County in southeastern Minnesota...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 1139 AM CDT, doppler radar estimates 1 to 4 inches of rain has 
  already fallen across Olmsted and Dodge counties in southeast 
  Minnesota.  Up to an additional 2 inches of rain will be possible 
  through mid afternoon.  This will result in some flash flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
