Central Grayson County in southwestern Virginia... * Until 1100 PM EDT Monday. * At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain within the warned area. Flooding has been reported by local law enforcement in the Baldwin and Todd areas with at least one road completely flooded and closed in both directions. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen within this area during the past 1 to 1 1.2 hours and additional heavy rainfall is tracking into this same area from the south. Very heavy rain also extends northward into central Grayson county. The ground in these areas is completely saturated from recent heavy rainfall.
