  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Jacksonville, New Bern, Washington, Wallace, Plymouth, River Road, 
  James City, Piney Green, Pumpkin Center, Half Moon, Camp Lejeune 
  Center, New River Station, Trent Woods, River Bend, Phillips 
  Crossroads, Belhaven, Richlands, Ransomville, Pinetown and 
  Sladesville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
