The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Adams County in southwestern North Dakota...

* Until 215 AM MDT.

* At 820 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain just east of Hettinger along Highway 12, near the towns 
  of Haynes in North Dakota and White Butte in South Dakota.
  Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Additional heavy 
  rain is expected tonight. Law Enforcement in Hettinger reported 
  water over Highway 12, just east of highway mile marker 83.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Haynes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is 
harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
