* At 657 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain near Harlow. The rain is moving north at 10 mph. Flash 
  flooding is expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cando, Leeds, Maddock, Minnewaukan, Munich, Starkweather and
  Hampden.
