The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Allen County in west central Ohio...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 437 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain 
  falling across the warned area. Radar estimates that up to 3 
  inches of rain has fallen across the warning area. An additional 
  half inch of rain is possible through 515 PM EDT. Trained spotters 
  have reported flash flooding on US Route 30 near Cairo.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lima, Cairo, Beaverdam and Slabtown. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
