The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Fulton County in northwestern Ohio...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 706 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Over three inches of rain have 
  already fallen in Wauseon with Doppler Radar based estimates of 
  near 5 inches toward Fayette. Additional showers and thunderstorms 
  continue to develop to the south and move north across the warned 
  area. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is likely through 900 
  PM EDT.
  
  Flash flooding is likely ongoing or expected to begin shortly in 
  low lying areas.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wauseon, Archbold, Delta, Fayette, Lyons, Oakshade, Pettisville,
  Zone, Seward, Denson, Winameg, Elmira, Tedrow and Ottokee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
