  Juncos County in Puerto Rico...
  Las Piedras County in Puerto Rico...
  San Lorenzo County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 1145 AM AST.

* At 933 AM AST, Excessive runoff from previous rains will continue 
  to result in the risk for flash flooding along the warned area. 
  Rivers and small streams are running well above normal levels. 
  Additional rains through the morning hours are possible.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Excessive runoff and
           heavy rains producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
