  Lake County in east central South Dakota...
  Brookings County in east central South Dakota...

* Until 630 AM CDT Wednesday.

* At 1215 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain and 
  flash flooding across the warned area. Up to four inches of rain 
  have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Rain 
  will continue over the coming hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Brookings, Madison, Pipestone, Lake Herman State Park, Flandreau,
  Volga, Edgerton, Tyler, Arlington, Elkton, Hendricks, Lake Benton,
  Jasper, Colman, Ivanhoe, Aurora, White, Egan, Ruthton and Bruce.
