  Southeastern Hays County in south central Texas...
  Southeastern Travis County in south central Texas...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 1252 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Austin, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Wimberley, Austin Bergstrom Int 
  Airport, Uhland, Mustang Ridge, Niederwald, Onion Creek, Manchaca, 
  Mountain City, San Leanna, Hays, Creedmoor, Maha, McKinney Falls 
  State Park, Pilot Knob, Redwood and Del Valle.
