The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Hunt County in north central Texas...
  Hopkins County in north central Texas...

* Until 230 AM CDT..

* At 1133 PM CDT, local law enforcement officials in Hopkins county 
  reported heavy rain across the Sulphur Springs area where many 
  roads have become flooded. Radar indicated heavy rainfall from 
  Greenville to Sulphur Springs will continue through 2 am.  2 to 3 
  inches of rain have already fallen and another 1 to 2 are 
  possible. 
  

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Commerce, Caddo Mills, Cumby, Como,
  Campbell, Lone Oak and Neylandville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
