* Until 215 AM EDT

* At 1108 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Essex Junction, South Burlington, Burlington International Airport,
  Burlington, Morrisville, Johnson Village, Cambridge, Winooski,
  Waterbury Village, Westford, Hyde Park, Colchester, Essex Junction
  Village, Fairfax, Williston, Belvidere Center, Georgia, Waterville,
  Hinesburg and St. George.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
