The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Allamakee County in northeastern Iowa...
  Richland County in southwestern Wisconsin...
  Crawford County in southwestern Wisconsin...

* Until 330 AM CDT.

* At 933 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain have 
  already fallen in some spots, with an additional 1 inch possible. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Richland Center, Lansing, Boscobel, Harpers Ferry, Westport,
  Excelsior, Lone Rock, Seneca, Ithaca, Soldiers Grove, Gays Mills,
  Eastman, De Soto, Mount Sterling, Ferryville, Boaz, Waterville,
  Lynxville, Steuben and Bell Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
