The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Alabama, 
including the following areas, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, 
Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and 
Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following areas, 
Franklin, Lincoln and Moore.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
