...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for a portion of southwest California has
been cancelled. Despite the very moist and unstable air mass over
the region today due to the remnants of Genevieve, thunderstorms
did not develop across the watch area. With the loss of daytime
heating, the threat of flash flooding has ended across much of the
forecast area. There is still a slight chance of thunderstorms
this evening across San Luis Obispo County and the adjacent
coastal waters, capable of producing brief heavy downpours,
gusty outflow winds, and dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
