...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following 
  areas, Central Ventura County Valleys, Lake Casitas, Ojai Valley, 
  Santa Barbara County Interior Mountains, Santa Barbara County 
  Southeastern Coast, Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast, Santa 
  Ynez Mountains Eastern Range, Santa Ynez Mountains Western Range, 
  Southeastern Ventura County Valleys, Ventura County Beaches, 
  Ventura County Inland Coast and Ventura County Mountains.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered showers and possible thunderstorms will continue
    through this afternoon. Some of these showers and
    thunderstorms may produce briefly intense rainfall rates,
    increasing the risk of flooding.
