...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch for a portion of northern California, 
including Whitney Creek and Highway 97 near Whitney Creek in Eastern 
Siskiyou County, will expire at 11 PM PDT this evening.

The risk for high water, mud, and debris along US Highway 97 where 
it crosses Whitney Creek has diminished. Flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
