including the following areas, Bakersfield, Frazier Mountain 
Communities, Grant Grove Area, Grapevine, Indian Wells Valley, Kern 
River Valley, Kings Canyon NP, Mojave Desert, Mojave Desert Slopes, 
Piute Walker Basin, Sequoia NP, South End San Joaquin Valley, South 
End of the Lower Sierra, South End of the Upper Sierra and Tehachapi.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
