The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of southeast Georgia, 
including the following areas, Coastal Bryan, Coastal Chatham, 
Coastal Liberty, Coastal McIntosh, Inland Bryan, Inland Chatham, 
Inland Liberty, Inland McIntosh and Long and southeast South 
Carolina, including the following areas, Beaufort, Coastal Colleton, 
Coastal Jasper, Dorchester, Inland Colleton and Inland Jasper.

The heaviest rain has shifted north of the area. Therefore, the 
Flash Flood Watch will expire at 1 PM EST this afternoon.
