Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms will develop across the area this afternoon. Widespread rain totals will generally be around 1 to 2 inches but localized areas in the flood watch region could see 2 to 4 inches of new rainfall. Some of these rainfall amounts could occur across areas that already received heavier rains on Friday, this increasing the concerns for localized flooding and/or flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. && $$
