...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northwest Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, and South Dakota has been allowed to expire. Around a 
half inch to one and one half inches of rain has fallen across the
region. Additional light to moderate rain or snow is expected 
late this evening but is not expected to cause any flooding 
issues.
