...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flash Flood Watch has expired for portions of north central Iowa 
and northwest Iowa, including the following counties, in north 
central Iowa, Cerro Gordo, Hancock, Kossuth, Winnebago and Worth. In 
northwest Iowa, Emmet and Palo Alto.

The flash flooding threat has ended this morning. Therefore, the 
Flash Flood Watch has expired. Additional rain later today may 
necessitate another watch. This need will be reevaluated this 
afternoon.
