The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northeast Iowa, 
southeast Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the following counties, 
in northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette and Winneshiek. In 
southeast Minnesota, Houston, Wabasha and Winona. In Wisconsin, 
Adams, Buffalo, Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, 
Richland, Trempealeau and Vernon.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
