...The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a
Flood Watch for the following Rivers in Idaho...

  Portneuf River at Pocatello AFFECTING Bannock County
 
For the Portneuf River...including Portneuf River at Pocatello...no 
Flooding is observed.

.Recent warm temperatures and rain on snowpack has caused some
rapid snow melt and run off. The river stage of the
Portneuf River at Pocatello is forecast to increase over
the next two days and may reach flood stage by Saturday
afternoon. Remember...A Flood Watch means that flooding is
possible...but not imminent in the Watch Area.
