...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Illinois, Iowa and 
northeast Missouri, including the following areas, in Illinois, 
Bureau, Hancock, Henderson, Henry IL, McDonough, Mercer, Putnam, 
Rock Island and Warren. In Iowa, Des Moines, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine 
and Scott. In northeast Missouri, Clark and Scotland.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled. Periods of light to moderate rain will continue overnight 
with rainfall rates generally under a quarter inch per hour.
