AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Kansas and west central Kansas, 
  including the following counties, in southwest Kansas, Finney, 
  Grant, Hamilton, Kearny, Morton and Stanton. In west central 
  Kansas, Lane and Scott.

* WHEN...From 3 PM CDT /2 PM MDT/ this afternoon through late 
  tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
