TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Kansas, southwest Kansas and 
  west central Kansas, including the following counties, in south 
  central Kansas, Barber, Comanche, Edwards and Kiowa. In southwest 
  Kansas, Clark, Ford, Gray, Haskell, Hodgeman, Meade, Seward and 
  Stevens. In west central Kansas, Ness and Trego.

* WHEN...From 3 PM CDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
