The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central, 
northeast, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in 
east central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Menifee, Montgomery and Rowan. 
In northeast Kentucky, Johnson and Martin. In southeast Kentucky, 
Morgan.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
