...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Louisiana, including 
the following parishes, Bienville, Caldwell, De Soto, Grant, 
Jackson, La Salle, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Sabine and 
Winn and Texas, including the following areas, Angelina, Cherokee, 
Nacogdoches, Panola, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby and Smith.

The threat for heavy rain has ended. While additional showers and 
thunderstorms will be possible today, flooding is no longer expected 
to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
