* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Louisiana, including 
  the following parishes, in central Louisiana, Avoyelles and St. 
  Landry. In south central Louisiana, Lafayette, Lower Iberia, Lower 
  St. Martin, Lower St. Mary, Upper Iberia, Upper St. Martin and 
  Upper St. Mary.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional light rain 0.5 to 1.0 may continue to hamper
    drainage.
