The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northern Connecticut, 
including the following areas, Hartford CT, Tolland CT and Windham 
CT, Massachusetts, including the following areas, Eastern Franklin 
MA, Eastern Hampden MA, Eastern Hampshire MA, Northern Middlesex MA, 
Northern Worcester MA, Southern Worcester MA, Western Franklin MA, 
Western Hampden MA and Western Hampshire MA, and Rhode Island, 
including the following areas, Northwest Providence RI, Washington 
RI and Western Kent RI.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
