including the following area, Washington, northwest Virginia, 
including the following areas, Clarke, Frederick VA, Northern 
Virginia Blue Ridge, Page, Shenandoah and Warren, and West Virginia, 
including the following areas, Berkeley, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson 
and Morgan.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
