...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 1 AM EST EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of southeast Maryland, 
including the following areas, Dorchester, Inland Worcester, 
Maryland Beaches, Somerset and Wicomico and Virginia, including the 
following areas, Accomack, Chesapeake, Gloucester, Hampton/Poquoson, 
Isle of Wight, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, Newport News, 
Norfolk/Portsmouth, Northampton, Northumberland, Suffolk, Virginia 
Beach and York.

Additional rainfall has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 1 AM EST early this morning. However, many locations still 
have standing water. Head additional flood warnings and road 
closures.
